Side-suction Spray Booth
The side-suction spray booth is a specialized composite coating unit, for high-precision, low-pollution work. For different sizes/shapes, it has adjustable stations and precise wind control—enhancing paint atomization uniformity and cutting overspray. Enclosed with a purification module, it quickly treats coating pollutants for cleanliness & eco-friendliness. Suited for aerospace/automotive protective coating, it’s a key link between component processing & finished appearance.
▌ Process Principle
By installing an exhaust ventilation system on the side wall (or both side walls) of the spray booth, a horizontally flowing air current parallel to the operators' breathing zone is formed inside the booth. This air current horizontally "draws" and removes the overspray mist and volatile gases generated during painting from the operator’s side, making them quickly leave the breathing zone, and then the contaminants enter the overspray treatment system and waste gas purification device located at the rear side.
